Sundays - We give our awesome team a day off but don't worry, we'll get to your order right away Monday.
All order's placed after hours will be processed first the following day & shipped.
We do not ship Internationally.

Order's are shipped Tracked 4 - 10 business days.
LashOutLoudUSA is responsible for your order until it reaches USPS shipping. Any Issues prior to please contact us and we'll take care of it with Canada Post right away. Once your order is in the possession of USPS U.S. citizens are then responsible for any claims of damage, late delivery or non delivery. This standard is set out us USPS, we are happy to assist with documents (receipts) needed to file a claim but are not able to file a claim for you. Contact USPS directly for details or go to your local post office for direction.
Lost , Stolen or Damaged Delivery - take photo's and contact USPS to file a claim for reimbursement. Since USPS deals directly with the receiver we are unable to provide a refund on our end or reship.
Please enter the address of your home, where you will be available to receive your order the day it arrives. Customers who choose to enter a business address are responsible to ensure they track their package and are available to receive it the day it is delivered. Order's scanned as delivered to business address, reship address' are complete. If you can not find your package or know who received it you are responsible to contact USPS to file a claim.
Customers are responsible to enter their correct address. We will ship your order to the home address you provide.
In the case of a customer entering an incorrect address: Postal Service will update your tracking. *IF* your order is 'returned to sender' LashOutLoud is charged for return shipping once it arrives back to our shipping department. We will contact the customer immediately and offer a refund for PRODUCT ONLY. Your tracking will reflect LashOutLoud has signed for and "successful delivery" scan will show. Customer are responsible to resubmit an order with the correct address.
In the event your order is not successfully 'returned to sender' customers are responsible to resubmit an order with correct address. We do not reimburse for product lost due to customer error.
