Order Processing Hours - Mon - Fri 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.Saturdays 12 - 4 p.m. Sundays - We give our awesome team a day off but don't worry, we'll get to your order right away Monday and provide tracking.

Order's processed within 48 hrs of receipt of payment and tracking provided by our shipping service. All orders are signed up for shipping notifications.

Shipping USPS , Tracked , 2 - 4 business days.

We do not ship Internationally. 

 

 

LashOutLoudUSA is responsible for your order until it reaches USPS shipping. Any Issues prior to USPS receiving your order please contact us and we'll take care of it right away. Once your order is in the possession of USPS, U.S. citizens are then responsible for any claims of damage, late delivery or non delivery. This standard is set out us USPS, we are happy to assist with documents (receipts) needed to file a claim but are not able to file a claim for you. Contact USPS directly for details or use their online tools like " Missing Mail".

Lost , Stolen or Damaged Delivery - take photo's and contact USPS to file a claim for reimbursement. Since USPS deals directly with the receiver we are unable to provide a refund on our end or reship because you will be refunded by USPS.  

 

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Once your order is processed you will receive an email with your tracking and confirmation. If you do not receive this in 48 hrs contact us as it may of ended up in your Spam due to the tracking # and your email security. 
IMPORTANT Please Note: 
Ensure you have entered the correct home address in Shipping as this is the address which generates your shipping label and where we are responsible to ship your order. LashoutLoudCanada can not be held responsible to replace orders sent to an address incorrectly or incomplete entered by the customer.

Customers are responsible to enter their correct address. We will ship your order to the home address you provide. 

In the case of a customer entering an incorrect address: Postal Service will update your tracking as return to sender. *IF* your order is 'returned to sender' LashOutLoud is charged for return shipping once it arrives back to our shipping department. We will contact the customer immediately and offer a refund for PRODUCT ONLY, or reship at the cost of the customer to the correct address. Your tracking will reflect LashOutLoud has signed for and "successful delivery" scan will show. 

In the event your order is not successfully 'returned to sender' customers are responsible to resubmit an order with correct address. We do not reimburse for product lost due to customer error.

 

Return Policy
Due to the nature of the product,  neither LashOutLoud nor the Manufacturer accept Returns and do not offer Refunds.
Eyelash growth products depend on careful, consistent personal application of the individual purchasing. Please ensure to you read "how to use".
Please do not order if you are allergic to Bimatoprost eyelash products or have had reactions in the past.  Remember the lash serums share the identical ingredient as Latisse, producing results in 16 weeks. Product must be used consistently each night in order to achieve the same wonderful results. 

LashOutLoud does not give out advice, medical or personal.Information regarding use is not meant to replace that of your doctor. Eyelash growth products are not appropriate for those who have an allergy to Bimatoprost. If any of the above side effects occur, take a few nights off application until side effect subsides, if side effect continues discontinue use.
